The holidays are almost here, and many of you may be aware that Cincom celebrates Christmas by allowing employees in most offices to have time off so that they may be with their families from Christmas Eve through New Year’s Day. 

Have no fear!  Support will definitely be available for your urgent product issues.  Customers will receive an e-mail soon that details how to contact Cincom for support.  The support staff is on call and will respond to you in a timely fashion for all urgent matters.

In addition, we still offer 24×7 support via the Smalltalk resolutions site where you can search symptoms to receive a solution that fits your product issues.  Also, feel free to continue to use the Cincom SupportWeb® to enter product issues during this time.
