One of the tools that has been helpful in “getting the word out” is the use of Social Media. Social media allows people to share and discuss their ideas and opinions via an effective, interactive platform.

Cincom Smalltalk is well represented in several types of social-media outlets including Google +, Twitter, YouTube, and Scribd, just to name a few.  Social media is helping to establish awareness for the Cincom Smalltalk product suite as well as enabling us to increase customer loyalty, listen to customers’ opinions, strengthen customer service, establish a positive reputation, and share information.
