New STIC’13 Pricing Information Available

The Smalltalk Industry Conference is always a major event, but this year is special, since we’ll be celebrating Smalltalk’s 30^th anniversary! There will definitely be some special activities planned, and you don’t want to miss it.

The following is new information on pricing for various sponsorship levels as well as participation fees and deadlines.

Discounts

• Three (3) or more attendees from the same organization shall receive a 10% discount.
• Six (6) or more attendees from the same organization shall receive a 15% discount.
• Ten (10) or more attendees from the same organization shall receive a 20% discount.
• Teacher and faculty discount is 20%.
• Accepted student volunteers are free.

These discounts do not apply on the Speaker, Student and Spouse rates.

Sponsor Program

If you are interested in becoming a sponsor for STIC’13, please check out the cost for the Gold and Silver sponsorship programs below and what’s included in that price:

Conference Gold Sponsor – $5,000

• Six (6) full conference registrations
• Preferred presentation timeslot
• Multiple banners on conference website
• Two (2) pieces of your promotional literature in on-site registration kit for all attendees
• Web link from conference site to your company’s website
• Your logo (large) on conference promotion materials
• Exhibit space (10X10) in Sponsor Pavilion (priority location)
• One six-foot draped table and two (2) chairs
• One electrical outlet
• One standard sign with company name on easel

Conference Silver Sponsor – $3,500

• Three (3) full conference registrations
• A presentation
• Banner on conference website

Partner Sponsor (only qualifies for non-profit organizations like ESUG, Smalltalks, Smalltalk User Groups) –  $1,000 or by special mutual agreement
