Introducing the Cincom Smalltalk Mini Surveys
Using this data will help to determine future product-line directions and align our resources with customers and prospects for better resource allocation and more cost-effective development processes.
The first placement of these small surveys can be found in the January edition of the Cincom Smalltalk Digest. The surveys are “quick-hitters” and will be used for fact-finding purposes and research within our product team. We also feel that by conducting regular surveys, our customers and prospects will feel closer to the planning process and more inclined to share more information with our team. This additional communication channel always opens up fresh dialogues with our users for better business information.
