This adds some simple CM capabilities to StORE. After loading, new RB's will have an extra option in the Package menu: 'Publish Configuration'. This will execute the following steps:
1. Collect all prerequisites, recursively;
2. Publish the modified packages in this set;
3. Add all the prerequisites with exact specifications (including the version numbers from 2) to a package named after the pundle with ' Configuration' added.

If you now load this 'Configuration' package in a new image, you'll reproduce exactly the same set of versions you have when you did 'Publish Configuration'.
