Here's how to use it.

On the server side: Start the Code Runner tool from the launcher Tools menu. Load the parcel to share with the clients. Add the parcel to the code runner tool using the Add button.

On the client side: Start the Code Runner tool from the launcher Tools menu. Type following into the "URL" input field on the top 'server.address:port' and hit the GO button to get the list of parcels available on the server. Type a url of the form 'dns.server.address:port/parcelname' and hit GO button to download the parcel to the client.
