Gizmo is a research project. It's a derivative of the Cairo/Pango bindings (thus the 5 letter ending in "o" name). The goal is to play with ideas about widget tree composition. Basically, a widget kit for Cairo/Pango that doesn't actually provide any widgets, but a framework for building your own.

There a host of examples on the class side of ExampleBox. Go run some of them.
