Gemstone Fileout Project

This project files out VisualWorks code in Gemstone Topaz input format

Package properties are added to GsPackage symbolDict
preRead, preLoad and postLoad actions are executed
Namespaces are defined and used
Shareds and classes are initialized

Missing (because I didn't need it yet):
- Renaming classes
- Class and namespace imports (including correct treatment of #private) - not recommended anyways
- Overrides are not tested.
