ESUG 2009
ESUG 2009 in Brest, France was a great success this year - we started with my talk, "Smalltalk is Hot", wound up with Instantiations and Cincom talking about their upcoming releases, and along the way, learned about a whole lot of cool things happening in the world of Smalltalk:
- Seaside 2.9 has been renamed Seaside 3.0, and is very close to beta
- All the Smalltalk vendors will be supporting Seaside 3.0
- The ESUG Innovation Awards were filled with spectacular projects, and the winners - as usual - had great stuff. You can watch the video of the Award Ceremony here
- All of the slides, photos, and video links will be appearing on the ESUG site
It was a great conference, and it will all happen again next year, in Barcelona, Spain.
