Spotted in ABC News: World (with Mpeg1). Okay, so this is creepy. I usually don't like talking politics on my blog - but this is an interesting one. Indonesia is claiming an Australian company shouldn't have made a vaccine to the Indonesian strain of bird flu H5N1.

What strikes me here is that Indonesia is effectively claiming ownership of a deadly virus.. so.. if someone in another country dies from it - does that mean Indonesia is liable?
