Web Toolkit - Tests

These tests exercise the functionality of the WebToolkit parcel as well as the Web Application Server.

General tests which require a server use the WaveHttpRequestBroker on port 9999.
RoundTrip tests which require a server use the WaveHttpRequestBroker on port 9908.
