This parcel contains base functionality for VisualWave that is common to both Wave developer and Wave server parcels. It also contains extensions to the base image that are needed by Wave.

Note: this parcel should not be loaded alone. Instead, load the VisualWave parcel/package for development, and the VisualWave Server parcel/package for complete server functionality. VisualWave Core is a prerequisite parcel that is loaded automatically.
