Contains base functionality for VisualWorks Application Server that is common to both Wave developer and Wave server packages. It also contains extensions to the base image that are needed by Wave.

Note: this package should not be loaded alone. Instead, load the VisualWave package for development, and the VisualWave Server package for complete server functionality. VisualWave Core is a prerequisite package that is loaded automatically.
