This package adds a Profiling tool to the Seaside toolbar, at the bottom of every pages in development mode.
The Profiling tool is only available when the "AT Profiling UI" package is loaded in the image.
However the "AT Profiling UI" package is not a pre-requisite since the Profiling tool can deal with it when it is missing.
