SeasideAsync for VisualWorks

Seaside 2.7 is required for this version of SeasideAsync.

Starting with Seaside 2.6, the live-update (i.e. AJAX) features of Seaside were removed from the Seaside core parcel and placed in a new parcel named SeasideAsync.
