Seaside 3.2 Testing

The following Seaside tests are known to fail in VisualWorks. They have ben wrapped in a 'KnownTestFailure' handler to prevent them from running, with a short description in the Transcript explaining why the test is ignored.
There is no known impact on Seaside functionality in VW.
