HoverHelpExtensions contains extensions for the Hover-help capability. The standard Hover-help activation and close delays are not customizable and hover-help does not apply for non-active windows. This is a customer-suggested solution provided to Cincom that makes the activation and close delays customizable by a settings page. Also, the ability to get hover-help on non-active windows is added.
