Support a second monitor to the right of or below the primary monitor. Define it with "Screen default editSecondMonitor" - give the top left corner position relative to the top left corner of the primary monitor, and give the width and height of the secondary monitor. Windows and menus will open on the same monitor as their parents (actually as the current position of the mouse).
