I put together CoolImage, becuase I wanted something better than the image editor provided by the baseVW system. That editor lacked strong editing capabilities and the ability to deal with opaqued graphics. If you have questions on how/what any of the buttons or options mean, drop me a line and I'll answer it that way, rather than generate a comprehensive manual here. The architecture of CoolImage is such that it treats various editing tools as 'plug in' components. Look at EditingTool and its many sub-classes. If you add any of your own plug ins, please send them to me, so that I can incorporate them in this tool.
