This package corrects the cairo context origin and provides helper methods for the cairo bounds and scale.

It will only work with the preview VM of 8.2

As obtaining the Retina scale is time consuming it is defined through a Class variable which is set to nil using a pragma on system startup.

It now supports svg icons in treeviews at the cost of a few overrides.
