Cincom Smalltalk™ Developer Program
The object of the Cincom Smalltalk Developer Program is to create an environment that allows Cincom Smalltalk developers to participate in the ongoing development of the Cincom Smalltalk system.
Currently, the program offers the following benefits to developers:
- Access to all internal builds (via FTP)
- Access to ftp-based update mechanism for contributions
- A subscription to the vw-dev and/or ost-dev engineering mailing list
- Access to “works in progress”
- Access to various product updates
- A voice in the direction of ongoing product development
To enroll in the program, you need to complete the Cincom Smalltalk Developer Program Non-Disclosure Agreement. The primary purpose of the NDA is to allow all communication between members of the CSDP and the Cincom Smalltalk engineering team to be completely open and independent of licensing issues or other legal matters. If you are an individual, just use your personal name for the “Company Name” entries on the form.

All completed documents should be returned to Janice Meyer in Cincom’s Legal department. You may return the Cincom Smalltalk Developer Program Non-Disclosure Agreement via fax at 513-612-2467, scan and email to jmeyer@cincom.com or send the original to:
Cincom Systems, Inc.
Attn: Janice Meyer
55 Merchant Street
Cincinnati, Oh 45246
When completing your Cincom Smalltalk Developer Program Non-Disclosure Agreement, please check either ObjectStudio developer program, or VisualWorks developer program, or both, to subscribe to the corresponding mailing lists. Subscribing to these lists will give you access to ongoing builds of Cincom® Smalltalk. Once you are added to the mailing list(s) you will receive a welcome email with some information. The list server is a Majordomo server, so you send all commands in the body of the message, not in the subject. For a complete list of user commands, send a message to majordomo@parcplace.net with “help” in the body.
If you have any questions, please e-mail Arden Thomas.
