Strongtalk Action?
Dan Ingalls and David Griswold would like to do something with the open sourcing of the Strongtalk VM, and are inviting Smalltalkers to talk about it.

this is really great exciting news that somebody is taking the leadership into trying to harness what is indeed a great opportunity. What I don't understand is that are the implications of VisuaWorks i.e. a decidely non open-source dialect (okay by me) running on top of an open source Smalltalk VM.
