Cairo? (that's the first thing I think of when I see that name applied to software. Interesting fact: Cairo was announced in 1991 and was to be the first Microsoft Operating System with a revolutionary new object filesystem. In 2006, Microsoft announced the feature would not be delivered for Vista. Eat your heart out, Duke Nukem Forever).
