I really like the install screen for Ubuntu, especially installing from a live CD makes it very confortable. Having a graphical installation is imo really important, if you want to make people feel involved and in power duing the install process. The OSX install isn't too bad either, not DOS-ish like the windows one, but very little control. I wonder what the Vista installer looks like...

Vista install is actually okay, much better than Windows XP in that it doesn't keep asking you to configure it during install. Few simple questions to start and it'll get everything done to the point of a Welcome screen.
