Sun spent several years in litigation with Microsoft for purposes of nullifying Microsoft's Java license. Vast sums of money (far more than $20 million) were spent on legal fees for purposes of trying to prevent Microsoft from using Java any longer. Sun declared a victory. Now Sun, having gotten a settlement forbidding Microsoft from further work on Java, is back in court. It's suing Microsoft again. It wants a court order forcing Microsoft to include the Virtual Machine in XP distributions.anyone else getting dizzy from all the twists and turns here?
