More Patent Trolling
Sometimes I wonder whether the people who work in the patent office reside in the same century with the rest of us. iPods and iTunes came out in 2001; Apple is getting sued for for patents issued during or after 2007. Does the phrase "prior art" just never come up over at the PTO?
