To my fellow readers:
I made the mistake of trying to watch the (embedded) YouTube version of this screencast first. Don't. Just grab the MP4, which is nice and crisp and clear.
Bad/missing content type for mp4 ?

Beware, with Safari, the mp4 is downloaded as a txt file.
