I'd take James McGovern more seriously if he realized that it's spelled Smalltalk (lower case t). Perhaps he's just a simple EnterPrise ArchiTect though, and I should keep my expectations lower.

He's even inconsistent

I noticed that it's spelled both "Smalltalk" and "SmallTalk" in the survey. Be consistent, man! It's as annoying as people who still write Lisp as "LISP."
Executable name

While people can argue whether it is "LISP" or "Lisp", between "Smalltalk", "SmallTalk" and "smalltalk" there is only one that will work if you type it in some workspace and then "print it" or "inspect it". So anyone who spells it wrong is just showing that he didn't use the system much or at all.
