I'm sure it probably does. I'd image most modern frameworks are based on the request/response stateless model, but I didn't want to say anything I wasn't sure of. I'll be doing several followups contrasting Seaside to .Net, and I'm sure much of what I say will also apply to Java, Ruby, etc.
