Avoiding the big square states

Well, this is interesting - a map showing the US states I've visited in red. It seems that I've been avoiding the big square ones, and Vermont. Here's the image:

Now I'm wondering how I've managed to not pass through Vermont :)

Vermont

Vermont, my favorite state of the nation, and my girlfriend's home state. I recommend that you stop in Burlington to see the finest the state has to offer. The whole city is on a slope up from Lake Champlain, and maintains the feeling of a city and a town at the same time. Lots of good eating, good music, and a great vibe, with a main street that is pedestrian-only.

We plan to retire there.

I've spent years at Sugarbush in all seasons. It's isolated in it's own valley and has a fantastic golf course ;)
