I've got net
My hotel here in Sao Paulo has a broadband connection, so I'm able to get on with decent access. I even got some sleep on the way down - the miles needed for a business class seat were well worth it. I'v got some interesting stuff on stagnation in the Java world - the JCP specifically. but I'm waiting for my source to pass me a live link - all I got was an html doc. Here's an excerpt though:
Even as IBM releases its latest version of its J2EE-based Websphere application server with several key supports for web services, a key IBM Websphere exec says it's tough for J2EE vendors to push the web services envelop because Sun and current JCP (Java Community Process) rules are "blocking innovation."
