Note: Locales donated by Travis Griggs were reverse engineered by using a specialized Excel spreadsheet and digging around in the registry when changes the WinNT region setting. They are all 3.0 revs.

Here is a revised version of the German locale including a collation method and some test cases.

Two problems I found are probably also present in other locales:

the format string for TimestampPrintPolicy>>longPolicyString: needs another $; before the last $h (saw the same problem in the Spanish locale)
the format string for NumberPrintPolicy should not contain any color references ([red]) in the German case - it just not print on normal streams :-)

The German locale from Christin did not work with linux, so I made the following changes:

Added support for unix/linux and to deal with de_DE and de_DE@euro
Changed currency to EUR
Used the same "short" Time format for long and short policy
Changed preferredPixelSize to 14

I published the changes to the Public StoRE and here.

All the European locales here have paper size set to US letter (8.5x11 inch) instead of A4. The ones in VW7 are correct.
