As I was first starting with Smalltalk I would frequently bang my head against the wall looking for information or definitions or reminders of things I'd been exposed to but couldn't recall at the moment.

Well, here's a place to start putting information and defintions!

The idea here is to create a place to put what I am calling quickstart notes for future reference. Items added here should be relatively short, and can contain pointers/links to more in depth information.
