(2) Although our product was tested with Sybase CTLib 11.9.2, we limit the interface to level 10.0
functionality. Therefore, the product should still work with CT-Lib 10.x DLLs.
Note that the client library version (DLL) we used to test against the 11.9.2 Adaptive Server
was client version 11.5.1.
(3) Oracle THAPI (threaded API) is only supported with Oracle 7.3.4 DLLs (or higher).
(4) Users of Oracle 8.0 through 8.04 may need to upgrade to 8.05 or higher if they have
installed Winsock 2.0.  (WS 2.0 appears incompatible with Oracle 8.04 or lower)
