CincomSmalltalkWiki: Open Repository ExtraIcons

ExtraIcons is a package by Travis Griggs (with some cool code/ideas from Jaroslaw Podgajny). It improves the default icon set in the package view of the refactoring browser to more clearly indicate the published/linked/change state of the package or bundle in relation to the current or most recently accessed Store repository.

It adds several class and method icons as well, including special icons for SUnit TestCases.
